BRIDAL GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter

The promoter and lead coordinator is Venga the Brand, located at Somerset West, in collaboration with the following South African brands:

• Kelly Jay Jewellery
• Poppy’s
• I Am Andrea Maree: Design Studio

2. Eligibility & CPA Compliance

• This competition is conducted in accordance with Section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008 of South Africa.
• Entrants must be citizens or legal permanent residents of the Republic of South Africa, currently residing within the country, and aged 18 years or older.
• Directors, members, partners, employees, or agents of any of the participating brands, as well as their immediate family members, are strictly prohibited from entering.

3. How to Enter & Timeline

• The competition opens on 1 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 September 2026. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.
• To enter, participants must follow the entry mechanics outlined on the official competition post on Instagram.
• No entry fee or purchase is required to enter or win this competition.

4. Breakdown of the Prize Package

The total collective retail value of the prize is estimated at R36 000. The prize consists of the following fixed elements:

• Kelly Jay Jewellery: Up to 6 x Bee Necklaces (Silver)
• Venga the Brand Bridesmaid Dresses: Up to 6 x bridesmaid dresses from the current range. Custom designs or fabric changes are excluded.
• Bridesmaid Gifts: x1 Tulle and feather veil as pictured, hand-beaded with a martini and small hearts (custom-once off design) & Embroidered martini denim caps for all of the bridesmaids limited to x6 (comes in their own small canvas bags with ribbon ties)
• Wedding Stationery:

• Final wording, names and guest details must be supplied by the winner and approved before production. Reprints due to approved errors will be charged separately. Prize includes only the items, quantities, sizes and materials listed. Any upgrades, additional quantities or custom finishes will be charged separately. Includes one design concept and two rounds of amendments. Additional changes may incur a design fee. All stationery is subject to Andrea Maree’s availability and standard production lead times.
• All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and strictly cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or alternative variants.

5. Sizing, Lead Times, and Production

• Dresses & Customization: It is the responsibility of the winner to provide accurate sizing for the bridesmaid dresses. Any alteration costs required after production/delivery are for the winner’s own account.
• Lead Times: The winner acknowledges that custom items (stationery printing, gift personalization, dress manufacturing) require a minimum lead time of 4 to 6 weeks from the date the winner provides all necessary final details.
• The collective prize must be fully redeemed/ordered within 6 months of the winner announcement, failing which the prize will forfeit. The event may take place after this period, subject to availability.

6. Delivery, Courier, and Collection

• Main center courier delivery within South Africa (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban) is included. Outlying or rural areas may incur a regional surcharge payable by the winner.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

• One single winner will be drawn at random via a verified digital draw tool on 1 October 2026.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram DM within 48 hours of the draw.
• If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to answer within 72 hours, or does not meet the eligibility criteria, a runner-up draw will take place, and the original winner will forfeit the prize.

8. Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)

• By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data by the Promoter for the sole purpose of administering the competition.
• The winner agrees to have their name and social media handle published on the participating brands' digital channels.
• All personal data will be managed securely in strict compliance with the POPIA (Act 4 of 2013).
