Returns & Refunds
Pre-Order Agreement
By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge that the item is not immediately in stock and will be produced specifically for them. Production will begin once payment has been successfully processed.
Estimated production timelines are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order Changes
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed:
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be in production and cannot be modified or cancelled.
Made-to-Order Nature
Many of our garments are produced in limited batches or individually made.
For this reason:
- Availability may be limited.
- Exact fabric tones, small details, or finishing may vary slightly.
- These variations are considered part of the made-to-order nature of the product and are not faults.
Production Delays
While we aim to meet the 6–8 week timeline, production delays may occur due to:
- Fabric supply issues
- Manufacturing delays
- High order volumes
- Shipping disruptions
If delays occur, customers will be notified. These delays do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refunds unless required by applicable law. We will try to accommodate our customers as best as possible in these unlikely circumstances.
Returns Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags and original packaging attached
Non‑Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your payment provider.
As our products are made in South Africa, we rely on seasonal fabric shipments and fabric colours may be updated based on international trend. Please ensure all bridesmaid dresses fit before removing tags in case you require an exchange - so we can ensure colour alignment. Contact our team to arrange your exchange at info@vengathebrand.com
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs.
Consumer Rights
This policy operates in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
