FAQs

Currently our Venga dresses are made to order.

Production takes 6–8 weeks, after which your dress will be shipped to you via standard South African delivery (3-5 business days).

You’ll receive a shipping notification as soon as your dress is ready and on its way.

Because each dress is made to order, production takes 6-8 weeks. As soon as your dress is completed within this timeframe, it will be packaged and shipped. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is on its way.

We offer free standard shipping within South Africa on orders over R1,500. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days from dispatch.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to view your delivery status and follow your order’s journey to you.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Venga dresses are currently available online only. We’re excited to offer in-person opportunities in Cape Town soon but in the meantime if you need to try on prior to ordering (if our pre-order lead time means you won't have time to exchange) - please contact our team and we'll see how we can try to help you (Cape Town only)
