Shipping & Pre-Orders

Our garments are produced on a pre-order basis. This allows us to minimise waste and create each piece with care. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Production Model

All items are manufactured on a pre‑order basis. Production begins after payment has been confirmed.

Production & Delivery Timeframes

Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production before your order is shipped. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Estimated local delivery times are 3-5 business days once your garment is shipped. 

We do not currently ship internationally. 

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for courier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Pre-Order Agreement

By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge that the item is not immediately in stock and will be produced specifically for them. Production will begin once payment has been successfully processed.
